Are there any restrictions to the content I can put on my server?
Yes - pornography and materials that are illegal are not allowed. Click here to read our Acceptable Use Policy.

Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Not at all. No contracts and no long terms commitments with us. You simply pay monthly-by month. You can also cancel at any time. If fact you have control over cancellation through your own PayPal account.

Does reselling hosting accounts really work?
Yes it does... think about this: each day thousands of websites are added to the world wide web. Every single one of those websites needs to have a web host!

What kind of experience do I need so I can support my customers?
Luckily, most of this is stuff involves the use of a control panel, and that's something that you (and most of your customers) should be able to learn with reasonable ease. If you already know how to use cPanel for your own domain, you're at least halfway there. WHM is just the management side of cPanel, and it uses the same user-friendly type of interface that you're used to. If you have the ability to learn, NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.

Will my customers know I'm a hosting reseller?
Only if you tell them. We will remain invisible to your customers. All of our name servers are anonymous, meaning there is no website set up on those domains. We will never contact your customers. They will only see you as their web hosting provider. This is a very important feature especially if you plan on becoming a big company. For reseller (WHM) accounts we also offer the option of setting up your own custom name servers at no additional charge.

How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
Account orders are placed in a queue and are processed in the order in which they are received. This usually takes between 24-48 hours. You will receive a detailed welcome email with all of your account information, login details, and basic instructions. You can start setting up websites the moment your WHM panel is complete. NOTE: You will be sent to a Members Only sign-up page after payment is received, so you can access your Private Label Resellers library before your WHM is even done. So you can get started immediately.

Do you guarantee that I can do exactly the same as the video tutorials are showing me?
No, there isn't any guarantee you can do the same. But we do guarantee that all work shown in the video tutorials work as they're supposed to be. So anyone who is able to follow these tutorials exactly the way they're presented should be able to do exactly the same.

How long does it take to register a domain name?
It only takes a few minutes, but it may be 24 to 48 hours before the domain can actually be accessed from the web.

What if I already have a registered Domain name?
You have to change the DNS so that your site can be activated on our servers. It usually takes 24 - 48 hours for your site to resolve to our servers. You will receive the DNS information in your new account email.

What happens after I join?
You will be sent to a Members Only sign-up page after payment is received. We will set up your private label WebHost Manager (WHM) for you. This usually takes about 24-48 hours. You will receive a detailed welcome email with all of your account information, login details, and basic instructions. You can start setting up websites the moment your WHM panel is complete.

Can I use CGI scripts?
Yes, you will have your own CGI-BIN where you can install your own scripts. All CGI scripts should be uploaded to the cgi-bin folder, for your domain. Be sure to follow the instructions for the script you are uploading regarding setting permissions on the files and folders you create, as they vary from script to script.

Can I use JAVA and Active X?
Yes, you can use compiled JAVA applets and ActiveX components.

How fast are your connections?
Our servers have multiple 100Mbps connections.

What are your server specifications?
As of the writing of this FAQ, the minimum servers are at least a P4 2.4 GHz with 1GB ECC DDRAM. Of course as technology advances we will too.

How do I get my email?
If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:

What method of payment can I use?
We accept credit cards and e-checks via the secure PayPal system.

Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan (eg: VPS or Dedicated Server), when they become available.

How do I cancel my Account?
You can cancel your account at any time by canceling the subscription in PayPal.

What about billing and over due policies?
If your PayPal payment fails, your account will be deleted from our servers. So, please make sure that your PayPal back-up methods (eg: bank account or credit cards) are up to date, in the event that your PayPal account has a zero balance. If you notify us within 24 hours of the time failed payment has occurred, we will work with you to keep your account open.
